AI Transcription and File Processing
This page explains how VoiceCard handles transcription, AI cleanup, media import, and file processing.
User initiated
VoiceCard processes media only when you record, import audio, import video, or explicitly start processing. It does not read local files, photos, or microphone content in the background.
Audio and video processing
Videos are processed by extracting audio locally first when possible. Transcription uses audio or extracted audio, not the full video by default.
Third-party AI APIs
Speech-to-text and text cleanup may be performed through server-side AI providers. These providers are used to complete your requested processing.
Accuracy
AI transcription and cleanup can contain mistakes, omissions, punctuation errors, or interpretation errors. Review content before saving or sharing.
Cloud sync
After login, records, transcripts, articles, thought-library content, and cards may sync to your account space for consistent access across Web, H5, and App.
Sensitive content
Do not upload content you do not have rights to process, private third-party recordings, illegal content, trade secrets, or files unsuitable for AI processing.
